The best food and setting for a family Birthday party. Service was exceptional. Highly recommend.
The food was great and the staff was very attentive. No problem with reservations for 10 people within three days of dinner plans. All in all a great experience. The food was delicious!

Restaurant was fun. We had some sushi to start. They all tasted a bit the same. Not bad but nothing really special. The Sakura roll was the best.
The main course was good. The only thing is that we chose this place to catch up with some friends and it was a little loud. I would go back if this time I am focused on the show.
Best option for teppanyaki in the south bay. My girlfriend and I love hibachi on occasion. Until tonight, we relied on Benihana in Cupertino. Not anymore. Sakura has it beat in several respects. First, the atmosphere is dramatically nicer. Whereas Benihana is dark and cave-like, Sakura is light and airy. Second, the food. Although not dramatically better, I'd give Sakura the edge in quality. Benihana does offer a wider range of teppanyaki dishes, but I'll take quality over variety. Lastly, the price. I don't recall prices exactly at Benihana, but am fairly certain that our meal was about 20% cheaper at Sakura.
Fun hibachi night with the family! We got the Jalapeño bomb and Sakura Hibachi Special with steak, shrimp, and chicken. Everything was great, especially when dipped in a mix of the cream and spicy sauce. Our toddler was mesmerized!
I was downtown on business & decided to grab lunch at Sakura .
The variety of fish on the lunch 'boat' made for a great lunch .
The mix was sashimi , some Cal roll, edeme, tempura veggies & a main entree plus miso soup and salad before the boat arrives .
The nicely trimmed fresh citrus was an extra dose of lovely ! !
Service was great, food was delicious, we sat outside, and heaters worked. Nice selection of roles, appetizers snd alcohol drinks.
Food and service were great! I walked in and was immediately taken to a table - though it wasn't very busy, right before dinner rush - and my order was taken and the waiter was very helpful and patient while we figured out the menu.
Food arrived within 10-15 min. And we orders 5 different types of sushi rolls. Very fast and extremely yummy.
I went with 2 kids and they gave 2 sets of chopsticks that assists kids with easy eating. And a coloring page with some crayons.
Had Hibachi Filet, tender, juicy and delicious. My husband loved his sushi. Chicken Fried Rice and soup excellent. Waiter under 21, could not recommend beers or wines, service on patio was absolutely terrible. Never checked in and it took 40 minutes to get check. Had to go inside to ask for someone to find our check and get it to us. Expensive but the food was worth it. Hopefully they can hire more competent servers.
Lunch dine-in experience. The sushi made me do my happy food dance. My husband got hibachi and it smelled delicious. Service was friendly and did not check-in too much, which for me was great since we really didn't need anything extra.
