Muy bueno , tienen un muy buen chef el risoto excelente a punto vale la pena ... Probé una tabla de quesos muy buena y lo mejor puedes elegir la variedad de quesos , la atención preocupada y muy buena el ambiente de hotel

Egg Florentine : This variation on the classic eggs Benedict uses spinach instead of Canadian bacon. The hollandaise sauce is prepared over a double boiler, ensuring it cooks slowly and gently. Be sure the water in the saucepan is simmering, not boiling, and do not allow the bowl containing the sauce to touch the water.

Hollandaise sauce is an emulsion of egg yolk and liquid butter, usually seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and a little white pepper or cayenne pepper. In appearance, it is light yellow and opaque, smooth and creamy.

Never have I had such a satisfying breakfast as I have had in Bay 223 at the Sofitel in the Bay area of San Francisco.
The perfection in making the egg so delicious with a enigmatic veil of albumen so subtle as the yolk bursts into your mouthful with the only awakening thru the spinach so gentle that one hardly knows its existence.

Bravo..................tis a great feat in the making..........

If you're looking for a place to get GREAT drinks, this is the place. They might be a bit pricey in comparison, however, EVERY INGREDIENT is made from scratch! I've tried almost every drink on the menu! The bartenders are friendly and great at recommending drinks. Although, it does get super busy there, so be patient. And remember, the drinks are made from scratch...it takes more time but totally worth it! I always get the same thing to eat, the potato tacos, and they are pretty good, but the preparation is inconsistent. They're different every time, but still good. The customers are usually cool as I generally go by myself and end up making at least 2 new friends! I've only sat at the bar, so I can not comment on the wait staff. The decor is very nice, based on the old history of LA. Pretty cool theme!! Oh, and they have a GREAT happy hour!!
