Originally I was going to write a disappointing review but in the end the result was fantastic. Last weekend I ordered a sandwich with a couple of additions to that sandwich. I paid $15.00 for the combo, that's a lot for me sometimes, but I was treating myself. The sandwich was not edible and not what I ordered. Fast forward to me speaking with Rosie, the GM at this location. Rosie was so kind and professional, apologetic and reasonable. I was not looking for a refund or anything, more of just informing her of the errors. Rosie insisted I let them make my sandwich right. That sandwich was EVERYTHING!!! In a time where everyone is short staffed and short tempered, this experience reminded me that we are all doing our best. Thank you Rosie and Capriotti's!

Overall: A Layout & decor: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Customer service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Timeliness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: No masks needed as of 6/5/21. The staff were polite, the food came out quickly, & the food was really good! I will definitely come here again & I really enjoy their sandwiches!
