My wife and I had an appointment in Dallas and needed a bite after. Found this on maps. The friendly guy at the front counter was patient and, finding it was our first visit, talked us through the menu full of unique names and a lot of choices. Walking past the side counter another gentleman engaged me in friendly conversation too and explained about how I'll know when my Frank Sinatra food ready card was called, because he'll be the one doing the call. I really enjoyed eating "In The Buff" with my wife. And the side counter gentleman, Quincy, came to check on how we were enjoying our meal as if every customer mattered. He then posed with me for a pic and introduced himself as one of the owners. It's no surprise that a person invested into a restaurant that cares about each customer would also care about the atmosphere and food product as well ... And it shows and tastes great!

Love it!! The burgers r always good n the sides r delicious. Never had fried carrots before n I think they’re my new fave!

Trying to go out to eat with a group of friends, and having everyone enjoy their meals can be difficult when one is vegan. Twisted Root managed to feed us ALL happily! One of the staff even came out of the kitchen to help me determine which of the condiments were vegan since they didn't have ingredients listed.
