Normally this a very friendly store. This morning however the gal was checking in an order and acted like I was a nuisance. No friendly greeting. Barely a thank you when order was ready.
I will go back because this was a one time thing I hope.
Additional note...Caribou was in touch with me and looked into my comments. I so appreciate their quick response and great customer service. I was there today (Jan 10). Service was great. I will continue to stop at this location. Thank you!
This is by far one of my favorite places to start the beginning of each work day. Service at this location is prompt, courteous, and efficient despite high customer traffic each morning. No matter who is working or at what time of the day, you are always greeted with a smile and treated in a friendly manner. Out of all Caribou Coffee locations, this is by far one of the best in the area. I would like to acknowledge Kayla and Camelle for exceptional service. The people at this location are just as superb as the coffee! Try it out if you happen to be in the area.
Great staff very friendly and a good place to visit with friends. Would just like to add that there was a mix up with our booking on valentine's night. But instead of turning us away the owner went out of his way to make sure we got a table.

The people working are amazing. I'm not usually a person to stop at the Big Coffee businesses; this stop was fun & worth the price.
