Today my mother and i came here for some lunch. My mom was unsure of what to get and was curious about the new lemon kale salad. The cashier (Brenda) allowed my mom to try the salad and told us it was on her! Great customer service Brenda! And the salad was wonderful!

My family and I went to the annual tree lighting ceremony last night and the entire mall was extremely packed! We wanted a quick food option and chick-fil-a is always great so we decided to do the mobile ordering. I placed the order on my app and it was moving very slowly (not surprising since chick-fil-a was equally packed!) and finally it told me my order was being put together by team members. We waited ten minutes and the app never updated so I found an employee named Jay and asked him if he could check to see if my order was being made… I was worried with the long lines that we wouldn’t really be able to eat before the tree lighting ceremony. Jay came back and told us that they couldn’t find the order and asked me to follow him, I went in and showed a couple of people how the app said the order was processing and that it showed the order was placed. But it was nowhere to be found on their system. Jay asked me to repeat my order to him and when I told my sister to go get my wallet he said “no way you are not paying for this tonight, this was unacceptable and we’re going to make it right. “ he would not take no for an answer! I completely understood how busy everyone was and I really felt like he went above and beyond on what was already a crazy night to make sure that our experience was great! We were so thankful to him and we got our food right away! Jay is a rockstar!
