I have to say I have been going to this location for years & last night on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 @ around 7 pm/8pm was one of the best experiences I have ever had! SHOUT-OUT TO THE EMPLOYEES WORKING LAST NIGHT BECAUSE YOU GUYS TRULY DESERVE IT! THEY WERE ALL HAPPY, SMILING, PROFESSIONAL, HARD WORKING, & PROVIDED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! With that being said, I'm leaving a 5 star review where it is well deserved. I truly felt as if I valued & taken care of. They were making direct eye contact with us, I was greeted with smiles & the employees were starting conversations with us.They even made my fiance & I laugh. It has been a while since I received such great service & last night I left this Taco Bell happy & smiling. Not to mention, my food was perfect, Exactly how I ordered it, & our entire order was hot & fresh! THANK YOU TO ALL THE GUYS WORKING YESTERDAY! IT WAS REALLY NICE TO LEAVE HAPPY & SMILING! Thank you deeply for such a great experience. You guys really deserve a shout-out!
So, my daughters wanted to eat inside. I didn’t know Taco Bells had insides. I only thought people drove-thru.
Regardless, the dining area was clean and modern. Our cashier was patient and helpful as I worked my way through the two menus, explaining the kids meals to me.
My food was hot and freshly made/assembled ( I had the TB side). My daughters had popcorn chicken kids meals. The wedges, chicken, and Mac-n-cheese were hot.
So, MY experience was top notch. The people that came behind me had a little bit of wait at the cashier, but I can’t speak for them.
