This year's Gingerbread exhibit is the very best ever. A tremendous variety, a great deal of imagination and creativity. It would be worth more than one viewing, to do it justice.

The exhibits embody the philanthropic intention of the museum: celebrate the art of the past and look forward to the art of the future. The staff (volunteer and professional) care deeply about the museum's place in Rochester's historical and cultural scene. Love visiting this place.
My daughter and I got there right when the doors opened. The reception lady was very pleasant and gave us a detailed map writing where we go to meet tours and times and name if tour guide. Our garden guide, Mike was great! We loved hearing all the little known facts like Eastman had cows and chickens, and kept his love letters but never married. The museum does a wonderful job keeping the mansion up and the exhibits we're beautiful. We had lunch in the cafe there which was convenient and very good, then we stepped over to the gift shop. Lots of fun stuff in there, most had to do with garden themes or photography! We loved it!
