Chipotle in Pittsford Plaza runs well. Everytime I go to Jefferson Rd is a nightmare.

I was probably at a peak moment, but there was a 30 min wait line (7pm Friday) and tables were not being cleaned at that moment because everybody was trying to serve fast and attend people in the line as well as digital orders. However, the food was good.

This Chipotle can be great or can be average. Last time it was average, the soda machine was flat (no co2), and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid... pretty annoying as we had to wait for the manager to credit us. Often times there are lines here and sometimes it's a quick process but sometimes it's just a process
