The place is understaffed, but the two workers who were clearly backed up did great at taking care of us. Food was good as expected and still didn't have to wait too long.

The chicken was AMAZING and the staff were super courteous and helpful!

Went to Kentucky on Chili Ave and the drive through lady told me to pull up to the front and someone would bring me my food. I waited for about six minutes and then called them on the phone. The manager was very nice and made sure that my food was brought out after l talk to him and inform him about the situation. When l came home and opened my food l discovered that they gave me double the proportion of food. I couldn't believe it.🤔🤔🤔

Walked into the restaurant and the front counter cashier Mashawn was very helpful, nice and kind treated me with lots of respect wish there were more people like her she’s a blessing

I've stopped here 3 times in the last month. All 3 times, the employees were fast and friendly. The food came out quickly, <5 minutes. Definitely will come here again!

This is the first KFC I think I've been to that has been able to accommodate a large line at the drive-thru and manage to get the customers accommodated quickly. The drive-thru line moves quicker than the small line of people that are indoors. Surprisingly enough my order has always been correct.
