My friends and I went last Thursday for dinner because we had heard great things! We definitely loved the food and our waiter, Michael-Angelo, was great! He was humorous and informative about the menu and the wines. We would recommend the Brussel sprouts and burgers- of course with wine! The only issue that arose was that the third and final entree was brought out 35 minutes after the first two. Figures that by this point the other two entrees were already finished. We were compensated with a free glass of wine which was nice for the first 15 minutes or so while my friend waited. However, we were surprised that management never came over or that the meal itself was not compensated considering it was a $33 entree that arrived so late and could not be enjoyed with the rest of the group.
Had an excellent dinner here. All the employees were very friendly and professional. My churrasco steak was delicious. The Parmesan fries were a bit bland and could use more Parmesan but still good. Pretzel bread and some complimentary tastings, all good.
My homegirl and I decided to visit this spot and it was amazing! I called earlier to ask if reservations were suggested (definitely suggested for a Friday night) and I believe I spoke to someone named Penny who was extremely kind and friendly. The ambiance of this location was on point. When we first came in, we saw a wine tasting which looked fun and entertaining (I plan to attend an upcoming wine tasting here very soon). Then we were seated and our server (Hailey) was so sweet and knowledgeable. Food didn’t take too long despite it being a Friday night. The food was very tasty and fresh. The drinks were bomb! I wish I remembered the (2) bar tenders’ names and the hostess at the front because they were all so friendly in the brief moments I spoke with them. Overall, this place has amazing customer service. Last but not least, I appreciated how diverse the staff was and how everyone seemed to work well together to service customers. We will definitely be back soon!
