Michael Carroll

Colette Berube is the owner and, in the very early 90s, I worked for her when she was located in Stafford Springs (then known as La Petite French Bakery). I was folding boxes and she taught me all about the art of cooking and caring about food. I was 'paid' with a bag of breads and pastries and, trust me, as a 10 year old, I was king lol. Her food was, and still is, delicious!! It was SO great to see her after all of these years and reminisce together over a pastry and coffee. She is such a sweet soul and full of life! I highly encourage you guys to go visit her and pick up some of her food! You won't regret it!!!
