I've had the pleasure of having lunch from here a couple of times, and have never been disappointed! My personal favorites are the goat curry and chilli chicken! The staff is kind. The meat is tender. The flavors are always well balanced. I believe that you can taste the love that is put into cooking every meal. I can not wait to eat here again! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
Indian Bistro has some of the most delicious food! We absolutely love everything we have gotten from them. Always beyond excited to eat here and truly enjoy every dish we have had. It's like an aromatic beautiful flavor dancing in delight on my tongue!
Today’s goat curry and goat biriyani was better than great. It was perfect! Just the right amount of spicy where I got sinuses opened up, but could still taste the deep flavors of each dish. The lightly sautéed onions paired well with the biryani. My dad really liked it. We are both fans of the spices here. I got medium spice biryani and hot level for the curry. I asked for it to be above medium but not quite at hot. It was an odd request I know but it turned out phenomenally good. Will be returning for more since winter is beginning and spicy Indian food is in its prime. Whoever was the Chef this day that made our food, many thanks and kudos to him.
Had dinner here for the first time 2 months ago and have been back 5 times since. The food is fresh, delicious and consistent. Everything I've tried on the menu so far is exceptional. The gobi manchurian is out of this world. If you like Indian food you need to give them a try.
We pass through Rockwall a few times a year. This time our go-to spot was closed so we opted for curry. The place is quaint, but it's clean, the service is good, and the food is delicious. We got the Butter Chicken and the Chicken Tikka Masala with rice and Naan. They ask you what spice level you prefer (mild, medium or hot) so you're not stuck with a certain dish at a certain spice level as a lot of other curry places I've been to do. The food was just so good, would definitely go here again. I feel like I have a solid alternate go-to spot for the area now.
I tried the goat biryani and it was decent. The rice needed a tiny bit more flavor , the goat meat was soft and tasty. The raita sauce was average, however the masala sauce was better tasting. Over all its really good I wouldn't say it's the best but I might definitely try it again.
