We’re so lucky we found My Southern Sugar Bakers. While everyone else was charging $5+ PER SLICE, Lizzie and the team we worked with delivered an amazing tasting, creative cake that was way more reasonable pricewise than anywhere else I spoke with. They also provide an anniversary cake so we didn’t have to freeze the top. And my husband was pleasantly surprised with the surprise guest adorning our cake. (photo credit: Jerry Ghionis)
As a wedding photographer, I am lucky enough to have tried PLENTY of wedding cakes. SSB hands down is one of the best cakes I have had the pleasure of eating (and photographing). Not only are the cakes absolutely delicious their creativity and customer service is top notch.
Amazing people. Saved the day. Original person who was supposed to make our sons cake backed out. Contacted this bakery and they went out of the way to squeeze it in. Didn't want to disappoint our son on his birthday. I thought since it was last minute, it would just be plain looking, but they went all out. Looks great. Delicious too. We will be back for more. They also had great looking cupcakes and slices of cake on display. Will stop by to try these also.
My Southern Sugar Bakers has THE BEST, customer service, and deliver an amazing product. I asked them to design a custom cake and it was perfect. Communication was key, you talk to the same person every time so there is no run around or confusion, they get to know you and what you’re looking for. Simple, easy, process and a great experience. Not to mention, a delicious cake!
My daughter's birthday cake turned out amazing and was so delicious. Their wasnt a slice left and we have always brought home extra leftover cake. I will be requesting their services for the several more birthdays and celebrations coming up!
I recently had My Southen Sugar Bakers do a southern praline cake for my birthday and I can’t begin to say enough out how good it was! Five stars doesn’t do it justice! I will always continue to use them for my cakes! Not sure about the one star rating I saw, but if she’s never been there...might I suggest she order a cake from them? Prepare to be AMAZED!
