This is a great restaurant. Waitress Rocky was wonderful. We had a reservation but because of a medical appt we were late. The staff took it in stride and we were seated in minutes. Rocky gave us the spiel on the menu....she knew every menu item and described them to a tee. We placed our orders. As we waited for our appetizer a gentleman came to our table with a complimentary cucumber salad because we were newbies. :) Nummy!!! Our meal came and even tho 2 of our party's meals were too spicy to eat, Rocky took the meals away to have them re-made. Came back very quickly and were much better. We had dessert because we were celebrating my friend's birthday and my retirement. Again very Good! When the check was brought they had comped the 2 meals that went back, and 2 of the desserts! It was a wonderful night, and I will definitely be back. Kudos to Rocky and all the staff at Big Bowl Roseville! Keep up the good food and excellent customer service!!!

I have never had a bad meal at Big Bowl. I love the stir fry, the flavors are always amazing. The service has always been on point. My water cup has never been empty. The only complaint I have is that when its busy, it's very loud. It's an open restaurant, so loud people can sound like they're right next to you when they are across the room. To avoid that we tend to go there during the week and after 7, we do not go on Fridays or Saturday nights.

I love this restaurant, even though our server served appetizers to folks who were seated well after us, she made up for it by bringing our entrees out hot (for a change). And Brian the bartender knows my cocktail order as soon as we walk in and makes it perfectly. I do highly recommend Big Bowl.
