Thank you Trisha for giving me the opportunity for a second try because the second time is def worth it!
I got the Green Tea macaroon and it was deeeeelicious, I actually left it in the car for a couple hours before i brought it back home and even so the macaroons were still fresh!
I love businesses like Eat Cake because they listen to their consumers and they make it better!
Not to sweet but still good enough for anyone to yearn for more!
A friend had purchased 2 whole cakes from here (Green Tea and Strawberry Chiffon) for a bday party and they were so delicious, I had to come and see the place for myself, especially after hearing that it was gluten-free!
I got some pastries (since they had a Buy 5 get 1 Free special)-
Sweet Potato Bread
Red Bean Bread
Green Bean Bread
Custard Pan
Black Sesame Ball
Saboro(?)
and had a slice of cake at the store (Strawberry Chiffon) since they ran out of Sweet Potato cake. The use of the strawberry character is so cute on top of the cake slice. And the cake was light and delicious! :)
I was excited to try the pastries over the next couple days, but unfortunately, I didn't like any of them :( I need gluten, apparently! Without it, everything tastes rough and dry.
So I'll come back for cakes, but not for the pastries :)
