We eat there a lot. The buffet is always good. We have never had a bad server, but April is our favorite and my granddaughter loves it there, April, is always nice to her.
Stopped in after a long day of traveling. Pizza and appetizers/salads were perfect. Michael our amazing server, was very attentive. Thank you.
Hands down the best service we had on our vacation in Ruidoso! Marshall brought our pizza out and was so friendly! We did our New Years Eve countdown in the parking lot and added Marshall to our picture for memories! Highly recommend… good service, good food and had all our pizzas to us in 15 minutes like he said!
I've had Pizza Hut delivery from many, many locations and this one is consistently the best I've experienced. It's no gourmet experience, but for chain pizza delivery, this location is a great option.
Hands down the best Pizza Hut experience I’ve ever had. What an incredible place. From the greeting when we first got inside to the very end with a to-go box half full of my pizza an all around great place. These guys put love into their pizza and love into their service. Keep up the great work and the incredible pizza’s 🍕 This place is not the everyday Pizza Hut. They stand out above the rest. 👍🏼👍🏼
Ordered during busy, holiday weekend. Order was perfect, No wait time, no line- drive thru was perfect. Pizzas were as ordered and perfect. Customer service was excellent- friendly and prompt. Highly recommend online ordering, and drive thru pick-up. Could not have been quicker, easier or more correct than what we experienced.
We visited Ruidoso for spring break. We attempted to go to three different local restaurants, but were told it would be 1.5 to 2 hour wait (by cranky staff, which we don't blame them because everyone is having staffing issues). Out of frustration, we finally went to Pizza Hut! Despite a full restaurant, we were seated right away. The staff, despite running around like crazy to cover all the tables, were welcoming, and friendly. Our pizza came out amazingly fast! If corporate pays attention to these reviews, please know this is a great location, with outstanding people.

I’ve eaten at probably 50 Pizza Huts during my lifetime and NEVER had pizza as good as at this establishment. The bread was flaky and delicious with a perfect balance of pepperoni sauce! Props to the pizza makers at this Pizza Hut. They’ve got mad skills!
This location was fantastic. The staff was super welcoming, the pizza was great, and the manager went out of his way to make our visit pleasant. Thank you!!
