They were very accommodating for my party of 8 people, they even gave us a private area (thank you for that). We were greeted by the manager and the host. The waiter was courteous and attentive. He even went out of his way to get us Coke because we are not Pepsi people. When we got our food, the steaks where not medium rare as they had been requested, they were more medium/medium-well and the risotto looked more like rice soup. The waiter offered to have the steaks and risotto made again, but we didn't want to wait so we refused. The pasta too, was a bit bland but we didn't mention it. The waiter came back with two small appetizer orders, he said it was an apology for the inconvenience and later on they gave us dessert samples too, again to make sure we had a good experience. Overall, the customer experience was superb, some of the food was bland and not exactly what one would expect for the price (NY steak is $40) and some of the other food was good and since it's farm to table, you can tell it's fresh and different. The locale is hidden, quiet and private which I love. This is the second time, I've been here and they have been consistent with the costumer service. I will be back, just probably with half the people.
