Barbeque is a personal thing, I thought JR's was the best in the area.

I onced lived in north Texas and experienced some of the best BBQ iny life. However, once back in California, I was forced to forego BBQ altogether because nothing came close to the Texan variety of BBQ. That is until I came to JR's! He probably has the closest to Texas style tasting cue I've had in California. If he were in Texas, it'd be run of the mill, but here it's great! My faves: pork ribs, brisket, and a pretty darn good southern style peach cobbler. Yum! Avoid the Texas chili unless you enjoy grease puddles.
