Such a fantastic selection of everything!
My favorite is the bakery section and non- alcoholic beverage refrigerated section!
This is a fantastic place to shop they have all sorts of good and some unique foods. If you're from the Bay area it'll remind you of the old Petrini's where you get great service great foods and hard to find foods.
The photos below are for the Nugget on Florin near highway 5.
It's a fairly expensive grocery store, similar to a whole foods. They have a good variety in their produce and it's been good quality. I wish their meat section had more options, but it's a smaller store. Does have some pretty good selection of food they make there, it's good quality
Very nice produce, meats, deli, and pastries. Fresh salad bar with soups also!! We love it here!
Employees always super friendly and customer service orientated. Location is easy to access. Produce is always top notch which is a blessing. The store is always super clean. I wish they had self-check out kiosks like other grocers, but nugget isnt just another grocer but more higher end. So that explains that LOL. You won't be disappointed at your local Pocket/Green Haven Neighborhood Nugget!
Very clean and well stocked store, but expensive products. Friendly employees. Hot food bar and sandwiches made upon request. Good food too.
As a recent transplant from the bay area, I'm used to over-priced trendy organic-ish grocery stores, stuff with station to station ready made food, bakery, and butcher, staffed with super attractive individuals, with friendly tones, but this one kinda caught me by surprised, by being genuinely sincere about our interaction⁉️
And the prices or pretty great, again, not what I was expecting....
So far, so good Florin Nugget..
P.S. As a lover of great music like Chicago House, Techno, 80's and all things jazz, I was disturbed by how bad the "popular dance tracks" music was, and I heard some dude (employee) singing with it, so yeah.
Cheers
Nicest place to shop high-end groceries and wine. Selection in the cheese department a dream. Sushi is the best quality.
Very similar to a whole foods type of store. Had soap that I normally order online or Whole Foods keeps it and they had it. I was up in Sacramento so that was ideal.
I went to get food as they have a fresh Deli I was informed and it was possibly a little larger than WF but "similar' types of foods offered, with chilli other odd and unusual spices not used in Fresno. All with a slight twist and new name but all as appetizing and presented in the most mouth watering displays behind the glass or the Salad bar self-serve area. So a small snack ended up multiple bags of $100+ worth of salad and chicken coated delights with $25 cold stick of prawns and other goodies. Just like WF so the experience was just as it is in my local store. Just a new name and we'll displayed selections, so my advice is (as I would know better if I was at home), never shop when your hungry or your wallet will take a hit. Seating is provided inside but not enough and we sat in the car. Starbucks next door are wise to this and had 1 picnic bench style outside that was in use and 2 or 3 small tables with 1 chair for each. 4 stars only due to spending far more than I wanted and no space to eat it. But glad they had the $8 soap bar.
As soon as you enter the store, you are greeted with a sense of nostalgia. The store has colorful fruit and vegetables displays. Wide clean and clearly marked aisles. There are bins to self-serve: spices, nuts, and sweets. I do not know if it is an organic foods store, but you certainly get that vibe. Price points are slightly higher than others. However, Nugget Market offers more premium items and services.
