Hey it's a White Castle! Not too bad at all, give credit to the staff for being diligent. They didn't have lots of staff and weren't very fast, but they were good and consistent. The place was pretty clean too and right at the Cardinals Stadium. A customer who appeared to have some mobility issues dropped her food outside and bright it back in and the team didn't harass her and promptly replaced the order. That was considerate. My food hit the spot!!
My memories of White Castle harken back to my party days. White Castle, at that time, was great for cheap, tasty burgers, cheeseburgers, fries and or onion rings sold in large quantities for a low price. Frankly it was great for absorbing the alcohol, but also good to eat and a great value. Fast forward to our recent trip to St Louis as we traveled back to the hotel from the famous Gateway Arch we stumbled upon a White Castle and the fond memories jump to the surface. The prices may have gone up, but the 10 pack of cheeseburgers and the added onion rings and drink may not have been a healthy choice, but a tasty one. The staff, at this location was friendly, professional, and quick. Thank you for the flashback White Castle.
This White Castle location is highly recommended. The employees do a great job of keeping the restaurant and bathrooms very clean. The service was super fast and very friendly. I ordered two American Cheese Sliders and they were hot and fresh. The total price was $2.58 after tax which is more than reasonable when compared to other fast food prices. Thank you all for doing such a Great job! I will definitely be back.
Living in St. Louis I've learned it's best to read reviews prior to going to places. Many reviews show this place has bad customer service. I can't say that is true.
My experience was normal; I ordered my food via mobile, paid in place, and waited 10 to 15 minutes at the location. It was just regular.
The food was alright, better than trying to make the White Castle sliders you get at the grocery store. The chicken rings are a nice addition with buffalo style, and the fries are what I remember. All together it was a nice experience.

Ordered 400 Sliders and the team came through! We were so happy to meat the crew and come specially to this location with our group and get such great service.
We stopped by late on a Wednesday night. Drive thru only. Long line but moved ok. The gentleman working the drive thru was very nice and the order was correct so no complaints just don't be in a hurry
It was cool for what it was. We arrived in town late in the evening and got nostalgic for White Castle. There are none where we live anymore. The staff was friendly, our order was fast and accurate and the food was fresh and hot. My husband decided at the last minute he wanted to add something on to the order and they had absolutely no problem doing so at the window. One of the things I most appreciate is they thanked us for our business and were pleasant throughout the experience. We enjoyed our "fix" for White Castle and they didn't disappoint in service, quality of the food and the nostalgia of it all. Thank you for a great experience!
Just needed to eat. Was a little different for us because the bathrooms were code locked and napkin dispensers were electric. Lol. But food was good. Place was clean.
Whoever the owner is definitely needs to give the crew that was there yesterday a raise. Fast friendly service. Food was great.
