First time visit to this place. Went there with coworkers for our Friday lunch. Soon as they saw us workers just came out of nowhere more than ready to help us. The young lady that took our order was so pleasant and just made our day. She brought our order to us at the outdoor patio area. She asked us after we all checked our orders, if everything was ok and if we needed anything. Place was super clean. All tables wiped down. They had everything fully stocked. Floors were freshly mopped. Bathroom was clean. Will definitely be back with my family. A Big Thank You to the staff.
Me and my family went to this location last year for the summer it was really terrific. we were staying at the Dury Inn hotel and we saw this Hardee's across the street the food was fresh, it was always clean, the staff was very friendly. had a great time in St Louis before we left, we went to this exact location one more time same experience.
A taste of fast food.. chicken was crispy... hot... and tasty.. They had an happy hour in the afternoons 2 to 5 where the double sliders are an dollar each.. excellent bargain.. also the medium soda is a dollar each at the same time.. so for a few dollars you can get a reasonable fast food meal..
Restaurant was clean and neat.. the staff helpful and prompt.. I enjoyed my quick meal on the run.. at a bargain price too.. I would definitely pop in when I am in a need of fast food on the run..
The food was great. The service was wonderful. The only reason they didn't get five stars was because of one staff member who wasn't very helpful and seem to not know any information at all when asked but she wasn't new either which was confusing for my group. She didn't know what time breakfast actually ended and when lunch started. She didint know that at 10:30am daily that the breakfast sign inside changes to lunch only and doesn't switch back but they serve both until 11. So we all stood there for about three minutes waiting on the sign to show breakfast options and it never did. It took an manager to inform us what the breakfast menu was, what time lunch starts, and any specials for the day. We're local so we will return hopefully with better results next time and I'll update the rating at that point. Thank you.
My wife and I and 4 children were here at approx. 1:30 this afternoon. We were having a very bad day, and as we entered, we all had an extremely bad attitude. We had the Absolute Most Amazing Visit Ever at Any fast food restaraunt, much less at a Hardees. Drive Thru was Very busy, as well as several customers inside. There were only 2 employees working the entire store. The manager working was Amazing! She was Fast, Friendly, Very Accurate, Multi tasked, and ran the store as if there were 4 or 5 employees. My entire family was Very Blessed to have ate at this Hardees, and to have met a person with such an Incredible Attitude, as her attitude alone completely changed every persons attitude in my family. I only wish I would thought to take a picture of her to put on this review.
Prompt and food was about what I expected.
I've stopped in the drive thru several times over the last six months for a breakfast sandwich.

Clean dining area and very friendly staff. The manager came out to our table and talked to us for a minute. Very pleasant. Food was delicious and prepared quickly.
Came in for a quick bite, dining area clean, staff/manager were awesome!! Treated ALL customers with respect, something you don't always see. Kudos to the manager for that!
Typical fast food. Tater tots can be cold and chewy sometimes but usually they are pretty good and fast. I only stop for breakfast random mornings, never been at lunchtime.
We love this Hardees especially when we are going to Turtle park or the zoo. The food is always hot and management always seems to care about the quality and restaurants staff. Ever since I was a little girl I've been stopping at this Hardees with my mom, and now I'm taking my own kids here.
