10/2022 By far one of the worst places you can eat in Saint Louis half the time at night when you show up they either won't take your order or say they're only doing doordash I wish they would make it fully robotics so I can actually get a meal. 10 years ago it was one of the better fast food places you could go to, now not only is the service bad the food is too. 10/24/2023 1am Seems everything is back to normal. Decided to give it another try and the service was great the lady was very nice , and the food was great.

Friendly staff. Dine in closes around 8pm, they lock the door around that time. I always eat at tjat Jack in the box cause people barely eat in there. Will def come back.

the management was really nice. I wanted an orange float and at this time Jack in the box wasn't serving them or making them but she did a special order and made one with the ice cream and put orange soda in it for me and I really appreciate it thank you Jack in the box
