This is by far my Winstop in Missouri… from Kansas City to Jeff City. Even in my city… this one has always been the most welcoming atmosphere and vibes. The food is consistently delicious from start to finish. Highly recommended from the pickiest of them all! 🤝🏾
Whoever own this location need to hire people that are professional in dealing with the public. When you call they don't answer. I ordered online they got my order wrong. Trying to call in but the unprofessional cashier will not answer the phone. I guess Wingstop is hiring anyone nowadays. These current employees are not good for the public. It doesn't surprise me, that I see their door and glass busted out. Poor customer service at this location. I will not be back. Those employees should be & must be retrained on how to be courteous with the public. The cashier do not answer the phone. But when you go to the store. They are at front counter joking, playing & running their mouth about nothing. They don't need a job we're they are cooking food for the public. Because they be are unprofessional behavior will bring, unwanted cost to the restaurant owner.
My food was hot and it was done on time. I ordered my meal online. I got my order, a young lady said thank you and I returned said thank you. It was pleasant.
Everything was good. It came out as $18 and some change. Got the 20 piece boneless chicken. Lemon pepper (didn’t like it as much), garlic parmesan, Bbq and original hot.
The customer service is not great needs improvement. Some stores have to much playing going on up front. The cashiers have to much attitude. With that being said wing stop has great food if care is given.

I’ve been here twice, and the service has been great, the food, too. The employees were always helpful, and very attentive. Great service.
I just have ONE complaint, though, and it’s with their delivery. (It’s not necessarily their fault, though) DoorDash... they’re horrible. If you can avoid it, don’t have your food delivered. The guy was an hour late, arrived talking phone. “Sorry, boss” was his response, his only response. The food was cold, and the fries were mushy. Unfortunately, I won’t do anything beyond this, because nothing will get done. It will continue to happen. So, again, just avoid having your food delivered.
As a Dasher I try to get in and out.. There are locations that are much slower than expected . The best location as a dasher and past customer for me is the Overland location. Plenty of overall parking. They seem to always have employees at the registers ready to take your order...
If you are a dasher they have tables set up where you can give the name and pick up your order..
Food was very warm & fresh!!! I was impressed with the young people @ this location. Kudos for doing a good job.
