Monark Cafe is a great place to grab a bite to eat. They are located in the lobby of the Orhopedic building off of Old Des Peres Rd. They have a great variety of food and it is always tasty! They have a chili that is out of this world! I often come here to get some chili for lunch even though I don't have business in the building. On top of that, the owners, Mark and Monica, are very nice and friendly! It's always a pleasure to get something to eat from Monark Cafe.

The items are always fresh! Many options! The owners are very accommodating. They have a make your own version of most menu items! You can order ahead and designate a pick up time during regular business hours. You can customize and pre order box breakfast and lunches from menu items for some catering events. The cactus chilli is my current addiction!!

Tucked inside the lobby of the Orthopedics Building, so park there and go in. They serve Thousand Hills Coffee, which is fantastic fresh stuff. Very reasonable prices too! Staff really knows their coffee too for you snobs out there.
