**EDIT** Thank you so much to our kind waitress for giving us a juice menu - and a juice on the house! Our waiter before had not given us a juice menu and when we asked for juice he had told us publik does not serve juice. Glad to know that they do! The mint limeade is to die for!
I love Publik! Their BLT and avocado toast is the best! The banana toast is really good too. � the only downside is that they don’t serve basic breakfast juices like apple and orange. What is that about � lol.
From top to bottom this place is legit! The coffee is the real deal - cappuccino's are to die for. And the toast and jam variety will surely please any and all pallets! Go. Don't think about it. Just go!! You're welcome ;)

This place has a nice atmosphere with terrace seating. The Benedict egg was nicely done and the country potatoes were delicious! The downside in my opinion is the portion size being rather small, I added extra avocado to fill it up.
A great spot for breakfast in the 9th and 9th area! Publik Kitchen is a cute, chic place where the coffee selection is huge and the food is as aesthetic as it is delicious.
Our server, Britt, was happy to recommend their most popular breakfast dishes and I decided on the Publik Breakfast with bacon and Strawberry Rhubarb jam with my toast. I’m obsessed with the bread they source from a local Park City bakery called Red Bicycle Breadworks. Their bread makes the best toast.
I loved that as a Publik Coffee shop fan, I could order my favorite, the Browned Butter Caramel Latte, all while enjoying the Publik Kitchen breakfast.

Nice renovation. Clean space with lots of seating. Great coffee! Really tasty food. Service was a little slow but it was a holiday weekend so it’s understandable.
This is a beautiful, modern and vibrant cafe! My veggie sandwich was so delish and I especially love the bread!! The side salad is very refreshing and goes really well with the sandwich!

I went to Publik Kitchen on Sunday with some friends, and I am super impressed! I've always loved Publik (all of their amazing locations) and I'm thrilled to say that the new remodel of Publik Kitchen is beautiful. There are now 2 porches to eat on (I love to eat outside), and the inside is bright and hip. The service was excellent, and the FOOD! My daughter and I are vegetarian (nearly vegan) and we were thrilled that Publik still has several vegetarian and vegan options. Meat lovers, don't worry. They have you covered. I highly recommend their brown sugar latte, half sweet, with half almond milk and half oat milk (I don't like to drink my calories, but taste is still important to me). The barista was happy to accommodate those requests and I'm telling you, it was perfection. As a side note, the owner is an excellent human who has helped with numerous projects in the community. I always feel good supporting Publik.
