I went to Chuck E Cheese in SLC. on 7/16
for my niece's birthday! Everything was satisfactory except, the Gluten free pizza!!!!
$6 something for a gluten-free pizza,that was
about a 6in. That wasn't so bad but the middle
Frozen, they heated and brought back out. (Burnt) They brought another, was right finally, but very very chincy! Didn't taste very good.Next time I am going to bring in a pizza from Papa Murphy pizza. They have a much better gluten free pizza. Also, watch out for little thieves, my daughter had her wad of tickets stolen by some punk!!!
My family had a wonderful time last night spent 5 hours there. This is the first time for all 4 of us. My boys were so excited when we pulled in and they seen the sign.
So clean
kids had a blast
Pizza and salad bar were really good.
Awesome management and staff really friendly and helpful.
Really enjoyed our afternoon as a family.
It's a great thing to do when it's cold outside.
Went here as a kid, it was still just as fun!
We spent $30 for 1 hr of playing.
I had a 4 and 6 yr old, and they both just shared the single card and it was plenty for them. Buying two would be overkill since a single card has like a 10 sec cooldown until you can do the next ride.
I wouldnt buy pizza there, its overpriced.
We took our 18 month old and 3-year-old grandsons here the other night, we got pizza which was okay they could have put a little more cheese on it. The games they had were just right for younger kids and we played arcade games for at least an hour. My grandson didn't want to leave. When we went to the ticket counter I was a little disappointed in their selection of items and it seemed like they were all overpriced so we didn't get anything.
We took my 4 year old grandson and he loved it! We bought an hour timed card and it was worth it except they were out of A LOT of the lesser ticket toys. I feel its overpriced, but for 1 childs happiness it was worth it. The young lady at the register and the young gentleman at the ticket counter were VERY friendly however everyone else seemed irritated to be working.
The place has changed quite a bit since I’ve last been here. These guys must make a ton of money because this place is popular! They have all sorts of games and the food was pretty good! We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was a bit smaller than I had anticipated for a medium but it was good. We also ordered chicken wings with the bbq glaze and they were good too! We were hoping that they have a play area that our boy could climb around in and they do, but it was not as engaging as I expected. They also use a card system to play the games and that was cool. Overall good experience and would bring my boy back for sure.
I normally would not leave a review but I saw how poor some of the other reviewers were to this location and wanted to speak my mind. My daughter loved this place. When I was a kid my dad would take me to Chuck E. Cheese and we’d have a blast, I remember how big it felt as a kid and was shocked to see how small it really was as an adult. BUT this is not a bad thing. I can actually see over all the rides so if my daughter runs off while I grab a drink I can easily find her and that’s probably one of my favorite things about this place. I don’t know what people were saying about the food. We got a pizza, I didn’t even ask but they knew to make half of it pepperoni and half cheese for us. Since I bought the Gold pass they actually gave it to us free of charge with 2 drinks. We’ll likely be coming weekly. The gentlemen that helped me out understand how everything worked was super nice, yes he seemed tired like other reviews say but cmon, aren’t you tired at work? We will definitely be back and would highly suggest this place to a parent or parent getting there child back. Last thing I’ll say, it is in a sketchy part of down and when we came back outside there was a lot of homeless, I’m not worried about them at all I used to be one lol but I’d park closer to the building if you’re staying till night fall.
I've taken my kids here a few times and they always have fun. Today we did a birthday party and it was worth the cost to only have to show up with cake (you can buy one from them but I opted not to). The pizza is good but the one time I got wings I regretted it. The were anemic. Like, steamed or something. Really kind of gross. Anyway, our server was awesome and the restaurant was really clean.
Anthony was absolutely delightful! He greeted us with a cheerfulness that could brighten anyone's day! Anthony went above and beyond his duties. Vanessa made an amazingly delicious pizza, spot on!
Great place for a kids birthday party, with games to play
Our First time. (Well, not since I was a kid in the early 80s) Kids had a really good time. Staff was friendly and informative. Pizza was great. I had a salad. (Some unappetizing brown spots on the iceberg lettuce) but I didn't go there for high quality salad. We went there for the kids to experience Chuck E Cheese like on Ryan's World and it didn't disappoint them. Thank you!!!
