The best subway I've been to in San Antonio!! The staff is extremely friendly! And the service is A+! The sandwich was prepared perfectly!

I had the best experience because of the man working behind the counter, Francisco. Going into a fast food restaurant, I guess I never really expect to receive the type of experience that would make me want to acknowledge it in a review. Tonight was the exception. Francisco was so friendly and easy to talk to. He could've just rang up my order and sent me on my way but he told me so many useful tidbits about the area and I really enjoyed talking to him. He must be a store manager or something. And if not, he should be! Francisco, if you ever get to read this - keep up the great work!! You're the best!

Been to this location several times and while they are generally pretty decent, they have one issue: speed.
They are very clean, staff is very professional and polite, no matter the time I've gone in to visit. Unfortunately, they have a tendency to move fairly slowly during the evening. Sometimes that has been due to only having one staff member, but other times it has been prompted by difficulties running chipped cards (Discover seems to be particularly challenging-- I now exclusively use my VISA).
I was waited on by young lady by name of Kay, she was the sweetest and most genuine person that I have had the pleasure of meeting. Hats off to whomever she was raised by. Subway, you need to groom her for management. You will not lose. As well as Kay being genuine, she is also focused on detail. I was having a very bad day till I met her. Thank the Lord for her being here to remind me that all is good.
I love this place was awesome and of the food course. The location is great downtown not far where I live
