First time to this establishment. I arrived for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and I will be back. The staff is bilingual, the place bright with colors or Mexico, parking was ample, and the bottle beer selection was pretty good.
I ordered the migas plate, and it comes with refried beans and diced potatoes. My friend ordered the fajitas & egg omelet. Both plates had plenty of food, and the flower and corn tortillas were homemade.
I brought my own coffee and had a glass of water. My friend had a cup of coffee and remarked it was good. I can tell after drinking many years of San Antonio water the difference between filtered and non-filtered water. This water and ice is definitely filtered and tastes real good.
Service was good, and the staff was polite, professional, and attentive. Overall, it is an excellent place to have breakfast or try another meal.
I hope your experience will be as good as mine.
06/21/23 update, revisited and spouse tried the menudo and thought it was pretty good. Picture added of dish.

The food was excellent. They have a selection dishes that are spicy. I'll be back for sure.
I really love this place, it’s definitely my go to breakfast place. Their portions are really good, they season the food really well and their salsa and chips are really good too.
Truly an authentic Mexican restaurant. They have the best huevos a la mexicana, Machacado plate and their beans are to die for!!
Perty darn good, I had the fajitas flambadas... Plates are plenty full, tortillas need a little work but still good. Tea is great. Under new management /owner. Give them a try...
1st Time here ordered Chalupas Compuestas and they were delicious👍They ran out of Caldo so next time I'll order Caldo. Real clean place and they practice Covid 19 Protocol. I will come again.

Reasonably priced Mexican food focused on grilled meat and seafood. Good beer selection and full bar. Salsas are solid, red, creamy green, and arbol. The best deal is the Friday chicken and beef fajita molcajete special for $10. However, they have 2 specials each day for 9.99 including tea.
They have decent breakfast tacos, too, with basic ones 3 for $3. Edit: price recently went up on breakfast tacos, 3 for 4.49.
You can never go wrong with this spot! I've never had a bad meal. Service is great, especially the sisters who are always there!
I really enjoy their food. I like the charro beans, tortillas, street tacos, and their salsa. The service was great. She got a 30% tip.
