As always, the Fair Ave Popeyes fried it up right! Drive through was a breeze and the gentleman cashier was a delight!
Chicken was great! Large juicy flavorful pieces. However, that's not why I'm writing this review. I'm amazed how many businesses don't stress to their employees the importance of a simple thank you.
Today, as the mgr was filling my order, she said to the kitchen staff to make more chicken due to the upcoming dinner rush. Immediately, she followed that up with "don't forget PLEASE and THANK YOU".
Hearing that, I thanked her for teaching these kids the importance of these two words. Personally, it makes me feel that my patronage was appreciated, not to mention it's just simple customer courtesy.
So a BIG THANK YOU, to Mgr Janice for her dedication to teaching her employees some mannerisms. 👏 because sometimes it does take a village.
the team seems to have great chemistry & show signs of happiness. They were nice to me and I got my order in a timely manner.
Hey, wonderful people of San Antonio. I got to share this location the supervisor Destiny is out of this world the service there. It is fantastic and the food is delicious. You got a try the chicken sandwich your taste buds will feel like they’re on vacation.
Popeye's was good chicken as always. Good biscuits and love the spicy options. Red beans and rice is good all in all great place.
I can't ever get enough of Popeyes chicken especially in the morning the chicken is always fresh and good the ppl are very welcoming..

Food was fresh and made to order. Their spicy chicken is very tasty, my favorite. Staff was also courteous.
Had a piece of paper still on the cheese of my sandwich but they give me another one no problems
My son loves anything ghost pepper 🌶️. I got him the new wings & sum spicy drumsticks 🍗. They told me 2 pull up to the front. I waited a few minutes. When I got home food was hot & they threw a few bisques for the wait. BTW my son gave ghost pepper wings 👍!
