I'm the biggest fan of the Neiman Marcus San Diego team. Always great customer experience and love the Cafe! My current SA, sales associate is Ina Kyle. She is terrific and can help in any department.

I love this store. Most departments are nice. I think shoes could be a bit friendlier. I also pick up and drop off fashionphile items there, it’s so convenient and that experience is always great

This is a high-end department store, so expect the prices to be expensive. The customer service, especially in the men's cologne department, was very professional and nice. Will definitely continue to do business here.

I feel like royalty every time I step in here! Nieman Marcus never fails to impress... if you haven’t tried their café it’s a must... order the bone broth 😎
