Food was cooked to perfection and the service was great! Love this place!!!
Yum yum yum! In our group we enjoyed a variety of burgers, fries and milkshakes. Everyone was super happy -- so happy that we went again the very next day! The second day, we tried a couple new things, including the fish sandwich and salad. Everyone was equally thrilled with the experience!
Really enjoy the burgers here with reasonable outdoor eating space for a suburban parking lot.
These have to be one of the best burgers I have had in a long time! Grass feed beef cooked to perfection! The fries and onionrings were very tasty. Good portions on all items. The help here was absolutely top notch!
Burger lounge has one of the best burgers. I had the Husky which is a Double Grass Fed Beef, Double Organic Cheese, Shredded Lettuce, Tomato, Fresh Onions, Pickles, BL 1000 Island sauce. Delicious. The Half and Half is fried plus onion rings. I love that. I wish more places would offer half and half but I guess that is what makes Burger Lounge special. I wash all that down with a refreshing Hibiscus Lemonade. I really enjoyed my lunch at burger lounge.

Atmosphere:
- Decently sized space
- Both indoor and outdoor seating. Outdoor seating has umbrellas for sun shade.
- Self-seating
Service and Offerings:
- Order at the register and receive a pager. However food was brought to our table.
- Food came out about 5 minutes after ordering (12:30pm on a Wednesday)
- Serves beer. Had a decent variety for beer not being the selling point.
Food:
- Fries: Well seasoned and not too soft or oily. I liked them a lot.
- Crispy chicken burger: First visit I had the crispy chicken burger because it was advertised all over the place and looked REALLY GOOD. It is the best-seasoned chicken I've found in San Diego so far, and the filet size was very generous. The bun was robust and didn't get soggy as I was eating. I would recommend to a friend.
I'll update this review when I try the beef burger!
4 stars for the service!! Awesome service but the place is so expensive!! 2 burgers and 1 kids meal cheeseburger no fries, no soft drinks and 1 milkshake(maltstyle) was $45. Wow I will be sticking to in and out or 5 guys forsure!! Ok burger was good but not amazing 3 or 4 star.. The chocolate malt was 5 stars 100% so good I was very impressed with the malt and service!! Service is tip top! Thank you guys!!

I pick this place frequently because of CONSISTENCY compared to many other places that can deliver the whole package, but NOT w/ consistency for the return customer. This is the name of the game in terms of my loyalty to a restaurant. This place gives me reason to go far less to sit-down restaurants, like nearby Fidel's, Jacal's, Thai, Italian.
Is B. Lounge perfect? No. Do they have personnel that are quick to fix it w/o attitude? Yes. Last night, another set of perfect burgers/fries but then we ordered their new/temporary offered shake. We finished our meal and by his time it became very crowded, but I went ahead and ordered the shake. Five, ten, fifteen minutes went by... kind of too unreasonable a wait for one shake. A nice employee came by to clean tables and I asked her the status. With a smile, she came back in less than three minutes with the shake in-hand. I picked this place for my birthday dinner when my family laughed and said I should pick a nice, sit-down restaurant. For it, I had a perfect, quaint dinner on their patio. Since then, we went to birthday dinners for my family members a sit-down restaurants and service and consistency at those places were a flop, not to mention restaurant staff rudeness. Now we go to Burger Lounge several more times a year, simply for birthdays! ;). I just hope they continue to train their employees of being extra courteous, unpretentious, friendly and available when mistakes happen.

Tasty and fresh burgers and fries. Also, the service is great!
It was a Friday night the place was rocking! We ordered our food,didn't wait for very long and we got out of there, burgers were very good.
Good food, quick service, and very clean restaurant.
