You're sandwiches are awesome. My favorite is the #1 ABC. It's delicious and very filling that I can only eat half for lunch. :)
They have the BEST sandwiches that I've ever even imagined having, and their soup is freakin amazing too! I work at a hotel in Downtown and I have to share this secret with everyone who stays there. LOVE IT!
Ok, so it has 2nd level pricing on some things, so does everyone else I've seen. Good Buffalo Trace selection- price is high on the stag and Taylor SB, but fair on the small batch ... the McKenna H was a very good price. The weller is high, and the Blantons was the best I've seen so far. Very nice to talk to. Would go back and ask whats dusty if I lived in the area. Overall 7/10, but would tell you whiskey hunters to drop by
The deli in the store is my favorite. I've been going here since 2001. Everyone that works here is so nice and friendly.
Update: I took my Grandma here yesterday for lunch. She loved her sandwich and already making future lunch date plans for us to go again. I don't go Downtown often but anytime I do it's a MUST that I stop by for my fav deli sandwich...

Excellent selections of beer, wine, and liquor. They have a deli, and snacks as well now! Perfect for a grab and go. Staff is awesome as well, and super friendly!
Bomb sandwiches, and they don't skimp on the meat! Fast yummy food🥙🥪🥬🍅🥑🥓

We visited today from the UK. The young man greeted us with a warm smile and lady that served us were genuinely friendly, warm and courteous. A great selection of groceries and wine, just what we needed. Thank you and hopefully we will be back to visit again.
This is my go to place for when I need a quick pick me up. The deli has a big menu and what catches my eye are their asai bowls. I haven’t made it there on time for the deli to be but luckily for me they stock up the liquor store with their gourmet foods. I often get their salads(or should I say only get their salads) just because they are SO good! Other things they put out when the deli closes are as follows slices of chocolate cream pies, and banana cream pies, fruit parfaits and other delicious stuff for $2.99-$3.99. which can be found in the refrigerator on the grocery isle. .and if your lucky you can find some of the delicious pastries that they wrap up individually and put on a tray next to the cash register. Lemon muffins are so good I almost didn’t want to add that out of greed to have them all to myself 🤣
I just had the best sandwich ever at Mixon deli. I got a Bronx Cheer (corned beef, swiss cheese, mustard) on Rye toasted with a hash brown added to it. Deliciousness off the charts. I'll definitely be back. And remember, it doesn't matter what kind of sandwich you get at Mixon deli, add a hash brown to it ($1.25 extra). Peace!
Owners and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great salads and homemade dressings! Food, liquor, cigarettes and more. 6 feet apart rule and "no mask, no entry" rule is always enforced and I applaud them for keeping everyone safe. I love this place!
