Best hookah in downtown San Diego! Happy hour separates this lounge from any other and even the regular prices are fair. The workers are very helpful, the coffee is amazing, and the café has been beautifully remodeled. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good time in downtown!
Absolutely the best hookah I've ever had. The excellent service and atmosphere are a total bonus. I can't recommend this place enough.

Its a good place for hookah in downtown. Staff is courteous. . And ya do ask for a happy hour. I guess they have it from 11 to 7
I love going to Cafe Lulu after a night Downtown. The staff is always friendly and a shout out to Eddie for packing these amazing hookah bowls!
