You guys got so busy today!!! Your location is always busy. You handled it well. You were very apologetic to me. Which was super sweet of you. You offered the refund. Offered to make my drink. But honestly being busy is out of your control. I'm happy you guys went above and beyond to make me happy. I was having such a bad day. What a GREAT improvement with the remodel. It looks like it was gutted and rebuilt from bare walls. The remodel has an expanded coffee bar including the Nitro Brew coffee on tap. The furniture is all new and is comfortable! San Diego South Bay Starbucks typically include uncomfortable furniture that seems like it's built for a public school detention room. I've always been amazed how inviting the Starbucks are in Mexico compared to here. Quite a nice change!!
