This place has AMAZING food. Everything was super customizable from the sauces, to the sides, to how I wanted things cooked, what type of pasta I wanted, etc. But what really made them stand out was the service. I was planning on getting it to go but they invited me in, took the time to learn my name, and even sent me out with a free cannoli to bring to my grandma (she’s Sicilian-American �). Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Can’t wait to come back �

12/12/23. Good lunch and dinner restaurant in San Jose. Prices are not inexpensive so be prepared (menus attached here). If you’re looking for good Italian food this is your spot. Parking can be a little tough —- small lot across the street and parking now available at the old Orchard Supply Hardware which is walking distance.
Go for the food. Enjoy the rustic and homely atmosphere. And appreciate Luicana's service with a smile. Amazing staff who make you feel welcome.
I ordered the salsaccio pizza. It was pretty much sausage, onions, tomatoes, and peppers. It was really good. The vegetables were fresh, the sauce was very good, and the crust was delicious. Definitely recommend

I have so many good memories of this place, many birthdays, many family meals and even romantic evenings. The food and drinks are great, the ambience is fantastic, the service is perfect with the staff always very attentive to the customer's needs.
If you want a birthday party, this is also one of the better places I know to celebrate. Enjoy the fireworks! 🙂🎇.
The place has a very cozy interior dining room with limited seating. However during the pandemic the place significantly increased its covered outdoor dining space - which was actually a huge improvement. It became one of the best places to find in San Jose during that unfortunate period. But they have kept that expansion which means there is always plenty of space for having an enjoyable time.
They have a great selection of appetizers, pastas and veals. It is hard to go wrong with any of the selections but I'll always go for one of the Burrata options and the Veal Picatta is delicious. For dessert they have a tasty selection of Italian gelatos. And for those who just want a good Italian pizza, then they have you covered 🙂
Super clean and pretty. Has a great view, and the service is always really good. The food is good pasta, you can eat alot but not feel heavy and gross. Sauces are very nice and light.
A lovely Italian spot! Fantastic outdoor seating with a lovely atmosphere. The food was all delicious— both the pizzas and the pasta were well made which shows great range! Fantastic dessert, the panna cotta and tiramisu were delicious. The cocktails were tasty too and the service is excellent (including being walked across the street to the parking lot)! Big shoutout to Daniel for the amazing time!
I really enjoy this place and feel like it’s a hidden gem. My favorite Italian restaurant in the Bay Area. The linguini porticello is amazing (see picture). The staff has always been friendly and provides great recommendations. I always bring my guests here whenever they visit from out of town.

While the service did take a bit longer, around 20-30 minutes, it was definitely worth the wait. The quality of the food and the attentive service made up for any delay.

The atmosphere is always something I enjoy here. The service is attentive and the food is delicious. I appreciate there being so many pasta options. I feel like a lot of Italian restaurants have maybe 5 or 6 options; they have 28 on the menu currently. I brought my son here for his birthday a couple months ago and we enjoyed the food so much this has become our go to place when we want to have a night out. This place would be nice for a date but is good for families as well as there is a lot of room.
