So first off, I have bias. I go here a lot.
It’s never too long a wait. It’s very easy to get ready and and order in.
Im always a fan of their shakes. Because nobody these days makes shakes that actually taste good.
Their tenders are great, the endless fries and Yukon chips are wonderful.
The pizza is mediocre but their fish sticks and mozzarella sticks are wonderful! I’ll always be a returning customer
It was good food! Loved the Bacon burger and the onion rings and loved the Peach and berry lemonade the server recommended great for lunch and dinner
Great ambience ,yummy food and good service . Strawberry freckled lemonade, onion rings and sweet potato fries are my all time favorites . The whiskey river bbq and Banzai burger is a must try.
My family has been coming to Red Robin for years and it never disappoints. We recently had a wonderful server, Sandra.
Their dipping sauces are the best part. My favorite is campfire (sweet), honey mustard, and ranch.
Get their fries crispy and it's bottomless!

The new electronic order pad for employees has speeded up the service. More enjoyable place. 4/29/2022 very much improved. Fast service no waiting. 1/29 @ 6:30pm significantly improved. Waited at check-in for 10' but they walked us to table after they seated the other 3 customers ahead of us. Service is improved. 2019 Slow, slow and slow

Great food on a budget and a family friendly atmosphere. We love the Red Robin burger with bottomless. I recommend a haystacks burger for a smaller portion. Of course the freckled lemonade is the best. HOT TIP: If the restaurant is busy, ask for a refill on the fries immediately when the server drops off your food. It will take the server a few minutes to circle around the other tables and submit the order so you'll get a refill on perfect time.

Visiting Red Robin in San Jose is like stepping into a delightful bubble of nostalgia and good food. As a long-standing favorite, my recent visit with a dear friend rekindled old memories and added new ones.
Our order consisted of the classic onion rings, garlic fries, and their signature burgers. The onion rings were crisp and perfectly golden, served hot and with a satisfying crunch. The garlic fries were a standout - flavorful and aromatic, with just the right amount of garlic punch that didn't overpower.

We were welcomed by a wonderful, knowledgeable, and warm service person. I failed to get her name, but she definitely knew the ins and outs of her job.
We were in Thursday 9/13 around lunchtime, not too busy, so food and drinks came within minutes.

I don't like burgers but it doesn't hurt to try. The menu are big with other options that's not burgers. I got the limited time burger/fries and it was kinda dry? It tastes good still but the sour cream kinda ruined the fries for me. The drinks are bottomless but kinda takes awhile to get it out. Otherwise, everything else is good and I recommend!
The place has had a major change with new managers and great staff. Was slow and cold but now welcomes your business. Great service and plenty of servers. I would go again. That’s big for me. Drinks never empty and always ask if you want anything. Great turnaround. Good place to eat!
