I am about to start my ninth year of using West Coast Self-Storage. When I recently encountered an emergency and some financial bumps in the road, and I couldn't pay my rent right at the beginning of the month or within the 10-day grace period because of when my paydays fell, Jasper was willing to work with me over a period of a couple months, extending me a few extra days of grace without added incurred late fees, until my next payday rolled around.
It was a few days over a couple months, but being able to pay at my next payday, without late fees, was a gracious gesture not lost on me. We kept in regular contact through the financial tough time, and I let him know the earliest I would be able to pay. When payday came, we took care of it (with thanks aplenty!).
We all know that it can be hard to find decent customer service almost everywhere these days. It is refreshing to encounter a business that not only understands that sometimes bad things happen to all of us, but is willing to make important gestures to assist in those tough times. It makes me feel truly valued as a long-time customer, and is appreciated beyond words.
I am a satisfied customer; I'll be sticking with you!
West Coast Self Storage is one of the best in San Jose area.
The staff is efficient and friendly. Vanessa was amazing - I advised her I needed a smaller storage space to downsize our company storage unit. She was quick - gave me options and I showed up the next day and the transfer was completed. She has a great smile that makes you feel welcomed.
The storage facility is very secured and clean. Ideally they add A/C unit upstairs but other than that no complaints.

I have been renting storage space from West Coast Storage for several years now and the customer service experience, with the wonderful management staff @ West Coast storage on Lincoln Ave., has been excellent.
Everyone there has been so attentive, helpful and communicative. Moreover, I would like to give a special honorable mention to Destiny for her superb customer service . She is so friendly, polite, cheerful and always very helpful with any inquires I have made over the years
I wish that I could give more than 5 stars for my delightful customer service experience. I most highly recommend West Storage on Lincoln Avenue, San Jose for all your storage needs.
Great place for self storage. I reserved online, got a reminder/follow up call the next morning and was able to get a tour from Destiny the same day. It looks (AND SMELLS) clean; which is super important! And she was able to answer any questions I had for her very clearly. Very friendly staff, glad to have found this place so close to home. Will likely be renting here for a while. Thanks for the great service and safe facility!
Probably the best experience I've had with any Self-Storage service. I was helped by Destiny who was friendly, but more importantly forward and transparent with the storage units available. She took the time to show me the different sizes of units available that eventually helped me make the final decision of the unit dimensions I needed.
Amazing customer service and staff! First person I had met was Kelly and she was very friendly and made my family and I feel safe about storing our items at their site. Destiny has been great to work with as well. Both ladies always have a positive attitude and always available to answer any questions asked.. Of the many storage units I've used over the years, this one is the best looking and safest feeling one I've used in a while. The staff seem to keep a high standard of cleanliness and security is well maintained. The indoor parking is a great factor so there's privacy and you don't get rained on.
Super Awesome!! Place is super clean and Destiny is super helpful and nice. First time getting a storage was kind of nervous and hesitant on what I was doing because I never had to get a storage but she helped all along the way. Also got me to see the storage before putting things in just to make sure I was sure about the the size and all . I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to keep there things safe or just trying to have some extra space for there things.
The staff are exceedingly helpful and friendly. The facility to remarkably clean and easily accessed. Love the extended hours (until 10 PM nightly). It feels safe at night with all of the security appointments. Cannot say enough about Jasper. He was helpful and accommodating.
Destiny was awesome!!!
Very professional but yet very down to earth.
I was in and out with all the information for my storage needs.
The other ladies in the office were very pleasant as well.
