I want to give a shout out to Rishi !He was incredibly patient with this elderly woman in front of me that needed assistance. He then helped me pack up four separate packages because I didn't know I couldn't send them together! The store was packed and I personally probably would've been having a panic attack at this point and he was just calm, cool, & efficient. His coworker was equally stellar dealing with another time consuming client that needed help.
I mostly use them for Amazon drop off or packages delivery.
Staff is always friendly and nice. I Love this location!! Very friendly associates.
I'm very impressed by their positive atmosphere, eagerness to help and how quickly they respond the moment I entered the store even when there is a crowd of people. They are always available to help me with any questions I have.

The people in here are very polite, patient and professional. I needed something notarized and it was easy to do at a reasonable price and I was treated very well. As I heard them dealing with other customers who in my opinion or just being annoying the staff was still polite professional and kind.
What a difference between this store and the one in Milpitas near Landess! Polar opposites! Store Is clean open and airy as opposed to cluttered and dark. In the middle of the day, there were two people working and I was waited on right away as opposed to a long line and one person working. The package was taken from my hands, scanned and I was handed a receipt without even asking. At the other store I had to ask for it to be scanned and I was refused when I asked for a receipt. When other customers came into the store he noticed and said he’d be right with them. One thing I would like to suggest is just smile and say hello to your customers. This UPS store is far superior to the other!
This is one of the few UPS store locations that accept shipments with UPS account numbers.
I almost took my package to Fed-Ex after reading so many negative comments about the shop. However, I was warmly greeted by a young Indian worker upon arrival. He told me not to hesitate to ask questions if needed whilst serving another customer as I was filling out a shipping form. The manager (or owner?) signalled Chris, another young staff, to attend to me seeing that I have completed the form. These gentlemen were very attentive, very gracious, and very friendly. As a small business owner, great consistent customer service is one of my keys to success. Please keep up with the excellent work. Thank you.
I do quite a bit of shipping and have gone to several shipment facilities –this UPS in my opinion is the best shipping facility. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm impressed out how quickly they are able to process tasks even under high demand.
I went to this store occasionally and just for some returns such amazon. Basically my experience is good.

Make sure you add packing materials and seal your package well. Had experienced once they didn’t like the tapping/sealing I made. End up asked me for $3 for a 3ft long tape on my box. Quite pricey.
My parents went there beforehand to have something to be printed. Asked them thru e-mail to assist my parents and they were very helpful. Got their names for they were courteous, kind and very helpful. Thank you very much sir Andrew & Thomas for helping out so much! Hope others will see and appreciate your positive and good deeds over your "grumpy" or "not smiling" ones as everyone gets tired too. Again I suggest this store to everyone who have needs for their services.

A very busy store but convenient location. Used it several times to drop off packages. Used it first time to safely shred documents. Made an appointment online and was helped right away and patiently. Will be definitely back!
