I must say that this meal prep service tastes amazing. Their chicken was especially delicious and very moist (not dry). My biggest problem was that i don’t know how to cook. I’ve tried prepping food for myself and everything turned out tasting really bad (lol). Also i work a lot so it’s hard for me to make time to do all the dishes and clean up after cooking. That kinda sucks anyways. All i did was fill out their online form and they called me within an hour. He explained their meal prep program over the phone and it was really simple and convenient. Took about 5 minutes on the phone and i was all signed up. I’ve already lost a good 9lbs and i’m only working out about 3 days a week on my own for about 45 minutes. The healthy food is really the trick to getting yourself into shape. I never had a proper meal plan until now, and the results are SO much better..
