This is a great place to go if you have a gluten free or corn free diet. They have a whole page of options available, including gluten free toast and biscuits. If you can eat gluten, their "Pan con Pollo" (Peruvian Chicken Sandwich) is full of flavor. Nice, casual atmosphere.

Delicious! Everything is farm to table and they even make their own home made organic ketchup! We came for breakfast and the Eggs Benedict Cali dream was one of the best eggs Benedict I've ever had. The service was quick and the waitress was very nice. Totally recommend if you are in the area
Lovely little joint with great food and friendly wait staff. I particularly love their Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. They are very sweet, but so worth it!!
Winner. All GF items are amazing. just as good or better than non-GF. waffles, biscuits, and pancakes. and they even have sugar free syrup that is made with maltitol not bad chemicals. One of the few not $60+/person restaurants that serves grass fed beef, free range eggs, wild caught salmon, and more. I go to few restaurants in marin and this is definitely one of them. There Salmon Benedict is especially good. Amazing spices/herbs included and a wonderful hollandaise sauce.
Delicious dishes. We got the Huevos Rancheros, Chilaquiles, and the cinnamon roll pancakes. The food was outstanding and the service was great too. Had an awesome experience and would come back!
What a gem! We were on the way to the beach and stopped here for breakfast. Very happy we did! The cappuccino was done properly, the special dish - GF potato pancakes with salmon and fruits was perfect and my eggwhite omelet with pulled pork was amazing, I enjoyed every bite. The homemade hot sauce is delish and super spicy! We'll come back!
Delicious waffles and uber - delicious vegetarian scram. The benches with umbrellas are perfect to enjoy the weather. Free parking outside.
Came here today for brunch. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was clean. Our server was Karen and she was very friendly and answered our questions about the menu. Our food arrived at our table quickly. Our food was exceptionally tasty. I especially loved the Peruvian pulled pork. Will definitely be back!
New to the area and my wife doesn’t eat much meat. Great choices for everyone including myself a meatatarian. There is a lot of good food around the area, this place is absolutely delicious but the notch I must give it over anywhere else we have been to around the area is the customer service. Top notch, best service we have had and we will absolutely be back.

What a MIRACLE brunch I had a Miracle Mile cafe in San Rafael, CA! I’m so happy I found this hidden gem near Downtown because this brunch spot is everything. This is an American-Previan runned restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. They also have an amazing variety of gluten free, vegetarian , and vegan options that were delicious to choose from. I was able to try 5 items and I have to say, a lot of them tasted so well and I really think the food is super addicting. I was able to try their Marin scramble (which is basically tofu and stir fried vegetables), Marin avocado toast, famous cinnamon roll pancakes, their Frisco burrito, and their flan.
Their cinnamon rolled pancakes are a major must when you come to this cafe. Literally, they taste 100 times better than regular cinnamon rolled buns. When you drizzle that syrup on that pancake, the first bite is heaven in my mouth. That sweet and buttery pancake with that light sweet syrup is just the best flavor combination than a regular pancake. The sweetness was just right and I was able to eat all of it since it was that light and not a sugar overload. This would be the most highly recommended item I would get at this place.
I also had their Marin avocado toast which was perfect with that over easy egg oozing out of that yolk! The moment you break that egg on that toast, it’s perfect. The bread was nice and crunchy, the avocado tasted fresh, and that egg yolk acted like a “hollandaise” sauce on the toast and that made the meal not only complete, but also tasty. I just wish there was a lemon to squeeze the avocado on so I can get that acidity aspect also but I think that’s just me being picky.
The frisco burrito would be another item I would recommend too. It had a nice spicy flavor and I loved the soy chorizo and how it wasn’t too oily. In the past, I had soy chorizo that was oily and it ruined the entire burrito because it just tasted like oil. With this burrito, I got a nice flavor balance between the avocados, tofu, soy chorizo, and the pico de gallo was super nice and I loved the mild, earthy, spicy flavor in this burrito. I thought it was delightful and I would really recommend getting this breakfast burrito.
The Marin scramble is a great option to choose if you are vegan because you get nice cut up seasoned tofu and vegetables that have a nice texture and are seasoned well. I liked the dish. I thought it tasted very nicely but I will admit it wasn’t my favorite dish but that’s definitely okay because there are amazing options to choose from that I love. I also had their flan which was house made and I love that flan because it was very smooth and ahhhh I just love flan in general!
Overall, I would definitely come back to this cafe! The variety of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options s were astonishing to eat. The staff was very nice to me and I just think this cafe is a gem to San Rafael! Follow me @the.flexitarian.aholic for more delicious eats!
Excellent spot for casual breakfast and lunch. Plenty of seating outside. Service was fantastic! Everything we ate was good. The cinnamon roll pancakes were a stand out. Fantastic spot!
We ordered chilaquiles, avocado toast and two different organic smoothies. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. The patio was pet friendly. A near perfect Sunday breakfast.
The food here is absolutely delicious. Anything on the menu is good and they can always accommodate gluten-free. My favorite is the garden burger with American cheese and jalapeños (gluten-free bun of course). The staff are the nicest people and clearly care about their customers. I recommend anybody in the area.
Stopped here en route from San Francisco to Napa Valley for brunch. So glad we did, delish Egg Benedict and scrumptious cinnamon pancakes. Also such friendly service, it was a joy, don't hesitate!
