Outstanding.
Would describe the restaurant lay out as being just the right side of minimalist or less-is-more, yet still warm and inviting. The staff were simply wonderful; attentive but never intrusive, knowledgable, and reminding me of the professionalism you see in a 1 star establishment. Note: Extra special thanks to Buffy.
I sat on a high chair/counter next to the kitchen to watch Chef and his team. The bread and butter (so often a let down) was delicious. I was a bit worried about their interpretation of the steak tartare appetizer but it was a revelation..highly recommended. The carbonara was also delicious, as was the wonderful Pinot Grigio which was very well priced. Pizza looked very good (not my thing). I would describe the overall restaurant vibe/atmosphere as convivial and relatively subdued, with everyone focused on the fabulous quality of the food.
I am literally returning this evening. It's that good.
We had a wonderful dinner at TKT. It’s fantastic! Cause of Covid, we chose outdoor seating. It was chilled but they had the heaters and you don’t feel cold. The food was very delicious, we had the salad and appetizer(fritta misto) and each of us had the homemade pasta and wine. I should highlight the service. They were super super nice and friendly, I mean, every single one. Such a nice journey. Definitely will come back again
Wonderful dinner with friends. I had the shrimp Louie and my friend had the fish. Then French Press decaf coffee & beignets with cinnamon cayenne sugar & vanilla sauce. This wrapped up a wonderful meal with good company. Service was exquisite!🤩💯DINNER | Tues-Sat 5pm-9:00🍃Indoor tables and heated outdoor tables can be reserved for dinner!
Date night and we decided to go to San Raphael. This is the son of the owner of Alioto's, the iconic restaurant that closed in San Francisco, that opened this establishment. We had the absolute best server (he even recited poetry at the end of our meal-so awesome!) and the food-homemade pasta, big shrimp from Bangladesh, and beignets that came out hot and melted in your mouth. Will definitely go back. Wonderful dining experience! 🍽 ❤️
My wife and I moved to San Rafael’s West End 2 years ago and TKT quickly became our favorite nearby date-night restaurant. The atmosphere feels upscale yet casual, the wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is always delicious. Each time we go we try something new on the menu and we have never been disappointed. I highly recommend the Ravioli Uovo and carpaccio from the appetizer menu. The crab and sausage pizzas are both nice options as well, but my go-to is always whatever seasonal seafood pasta is on the menu. Can’t wait to dine in again!
Great to see a clean and tidy place go into this long time vacant space. My experience was fantastic. Sure there were the new opening issues that were quickly addressed and fixed. Definitely a place to check out. I do not drink, but this looks like a really nice wine bar. I look forward to seeing this place grow and bring some life to the West End. Hope to see a lunch menu and opening during lunch hours. The Marin Academy students are looking for their new lunch spot, and I think this could be a great opportunity to bring even more life to the West End.
The food experience was good. Stuck with safe food and didn't go adventurous, but the safe dishes are sometimes a great way to gauge a restaurant. The food is delicious. Handmade pasta that even got a thumbs up from a picky 6 year old! Will go back!
Great service. Food was delicious. Swordfish was maybe the best I have ever tasted. My Friend Chicken was delicious but a little over cooked. The Buttermilk Panna Cotta was maybe the best I have ever had.
Everything was delicious. The pastas were amazing, and the breaded mozzarella was delicious.
Delicious food and wine, friendly and attentive staff (Abby’s a great server!), nice ambiance. Made for a perfect night out with friends.
Had an awesome Birthday dinner at The Kitchen Table. Only opened 2 months ago. This is a must try. The Fritto Misto and Pork Riblet appetizers a perfect start. Grilled Salmon and Chiken Saltimbocca delicious and dessert Smores Cake, Lemon Tart, Panna Cotta and Strawberry Sundae. Our server Mariah was great. 😋🍽🍾🍨
