A great place to go if you need a healthy smoothie. The location is great, sat neatly in the middle of Northgate 1. There is a wide variety of items to choose from which is a plus, since most juice shops only have a few options. However, since the service was a little slow, and staff got my order wrong a few times, I'd give this Jamba a 4/5.
They are very quick, efficient, and the food/drinks are always prepared greatly. I do appreciate that the environment is thought of with their paper straws. However, paper straws just do not work with smoothies. The past several times I’ve gotten a smoothie from here, I can hardly drink it because the paper straw gets clogged or bent. I’d highly recommend switching over to a different eco-friendly straw that isn’t paper.
Gabriella is the sweetest ever! Give her a raise! Or a bonus! Something! This location consistently fixes my hangovers and has never let me down. Thanks for getting me through age 21!
Have always gotten really exceptional service, and never had long wait times. When they’re busy, the staff are always super sweet :)

Rarely a line. Employees are always friendly and the smoothies are always refreshing and delicious
