I work close by, leading me to grab meals at this Chipotle location quite often. Hopefully one of their employees comes across this. I really want to give a shoutout to the team for their consistent excellent and great customer service. The staff are always friendly, which is appreciated because I’m very picky and often have particular requests. These requests are always received in a positive manner. I truly appreciate having this as an option in the area, especially during the entirety of the pandemic. Thank you all!
Visited this location many times with nothing much negative to say about this place. This visit was different though. I got helped by two new techno looking tall guys with bleached hair. They were good workers but very stingy in serving customer's portions. I could boldly vote that this location serves the smallest portions of all the Chipotles I have visited. I got only half the rice and the meat I normally get. Maybe these guys are newly hired. I almost felt getting another order. Will certainly not come here again when I see these dudes working.
Yesterday I went here and the line was to the door. They only had 3 people working and even tho they were swamped they managed to knock it out. The three of them were such a great team and kept a great attitude. Staff like this makes me want to come back even if I have to wait because they take care of their customers. I wish I knew the guys names so I could post it. They were amazing yesterday!
I love Chipotle, but I always feel like the meat portions are too small. Maybe if the weighed just the meat, or filled up a 4 oz cup (or whatever the amount is supposed to be) with the meat so you knew you weren't getting gypped.
Pretty good. Watch out for the 🌶️ sauce. It's hot and not my taste. But many of the bowls are Great...
I have enough things to say about this place.
The staff is super friendly.
Food is great.

The employees were very patient and helpful. I really felt that they enjoyed the job and cared about the customer experience. Great community and eatery.
My favorite place to go for food in Marin. My brother and I go here almost every Sunday, and even though they always have a ton of customers, they always are very polite to me and make my order to how I want it.
