I only have used the drive through here although it is very convenient and never have I had to wait in line or for my food for more than a couple minutes. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The only issue with this location is that they don’t always get the brand new menu items because it’s also a Taco Bell. So you can get your chicken pot pie, cole slaw and nacho fries all at the same time.
Food is good here! Great service and the place is clean. Although, KFC/Taco Bell is weird combo.. and you can’t order using mobile app.. also, can’t redeem rewards for TB…. Kinda sad….
I went through the drive thu on a Wednesday night and had my best experience yet. My order was quite big but the employee (Eric) was fast and understood my order to the letter, and also read back my order at the speaker and at the window. He had a fun vide and was energetic. He also checked my Oder one last time before handing it over to me. I had a great dinner all thanks to Eric.
We had KFC food, but you can also get Taco Bell at this same location. Our chicken was fresh and hot and our sides very good. Counter service was friendly
Has the best customer experience this evening. I couldn’t go through the drive thru with my very large truck and I had to go inside where they only take drive thru orders.
He approached with a smile and asked if I needed help. I told him my situation and I thought he was just going to tell me drive they only but was more than accommodating. He said no problem I’ll take your order. It was ready in less than 5 min and he handed my food with a smile. His name was Oliver and I couldn’t have been more appreciative of him. Thank you again! 🙌
I just went to pick up my order. And had the best experience with a woman name Sarah a beautiful big smiled short haired woman that was so kind to me. I usually have a very bad experience when coming to fast food restaurants because people hate their jobs or whatever it is. But this woman was so nice and really brighten my day. She deserves to be manager heck she deserves to be running the whole company. Because customer service is what it’s all about
Got delivered by Doordash on time and with correct items. Food was perfect, like the KFC we've eaten for many years. Perfect! I love this place!
I hadn't had KFC in years and then all of a sudden we had it twice in a week. Can't say I was disappointed lol. The bucket fed our whole multi generational family with only a few extra meals to supplement. Very tender chicken.
Been there several times--Staff is polite. Reasonable wait time, and requests honored, even when busy. Food has always been hot and fresh.
Nice safe spacing few inside diners. Food tased just like before lockdowns. Respectful service nice employees.
