It’s at the top of my list of places to go every time I’m in Santa Cruz! I’ve never tried a flavor I haven’t loved...malt ball fudge and Mexican chocolate are my 2 current faves. In spite of the fact that the line is always long, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be served. The staff are all friendly and very efficient, and the ice cream is the best I’ve ever had in CA!
Great place to stop st the end of your day at Santa Cruz.... so many flavors, creamy, smooth ice cream. One of the signs says it all... it is an ice cream shop frozen in time!

What a Place! What an Ice cream. Definitely one of the best ice creams I had so far. This place is highly recommended. They have 4.8 rating for a reason. The only con is that there are long lines but you have the option if ordering online, but if you be patient and go inside you'll be greeted with a friendly staff and you can try samples. You'll feel the difference if the ice cream!!
One of the creamiest ice cream we've ever had! Scoop sizes are also quite generous.
Go for the children's scoop serving if you're not ready to have so much ice cream in one go.
Jade was very helpful to us during our visit here. She recommended good flavors to us, and the one we ended up not liking she switched out for us at no charge. I appreciate the good service and good ice cream, will return!
So many flavors, not enough time! All the 1s I tried were amazing! Customer service made you feel great entering the place. Try whatever sounds great, you won't be disappointed 😌
The best ice cream ever. It taste so rich! And a lot of flavors to choose from. My daughter is not happy with the size of her cone, compared to her mom’s!
Great staff and delicious ice cream, my favorite is the double scoop of 3am and chocolate ripple in a waffle cone. I often walk my dog down here for ice cream. A lot of people don’t know they even have little puppy scoops! Also I highly recommend the Old Tyme Vanilla!
Delicious ice cream flavors, friendly staff, good prices. The lines can get long, but they've organized it well. There's even a separate place for mobile pickups.
We sat indoors and ate our ice cream during the quiet afternoon--a very nice treat!
