Best hang out spot in Santa Cruz, if not, California! Cozy bar, cozy patio, and very friendly staff. Plus the beer is top notch!! Coco Brah, definitely my favorite. I'll definitely be back! Humble Sea is my new favorite bar.

Yum! Another neighborhood brewery with a good selection of beers...My husband is a sucker for a good IPA and they had 3 or 4 yesterday xx Plus I can't say enough about their Avocado Toast! So good...They use Companion bread and whatever yummy flavors they add to the already delicious avo xx We also had the kale & watermelon salad and the heirloom tomato & ricotta cheese toast which were both solid If you are on the Westside do yourself a favor and stop in for a beer and a bite

In 5 short years Humble Sea has established itself as a world class destination for beers & a focal point of the Santa Cruz community. They specialize in Hazy IPAs, Lagers, Pilsners, Stouts & other creative styles + flavors. New beers get kegged weekly so the board is always rotating. The outdoor beer garden has loads of seating and almost always a food truck. Grab a seat, order some pints or tasters, and don't forget to check out 4 packs & bottles to go. Dogs are encouraged and there is usually plenty of parking down Swift Street or around the corner on McPherson. You can also find their 4 packs at various bottle shops across the Bay Area but it is always freshest (and slightly cheaper) at the source.

Great tasting beers! Ambiance is great. The empanada's taste good as well. Not much food options so we bought tacos from the food truck parked alongside. However the seat outside were sticky and dirty. Suggest that the staff should clean the tables and chairs when customers leave. Overall we still enjoyed our time and will definitely come back when we return in Santa Cruz.

I love Humble Sea! Best IPA’s in Santa Cruz! The vibe at the brewery is so chill and welcoming. It’s an inclusive, hipster crowd with kids and dogs. They offer dog bowls so your dog doesn’t overheat. They always have good food trucks and the empeñadas from the kitchen are delicious. A must visit when in Santa Cruz!!

World-class beer and a chill place to drink it. The beers were all phenomenal. I had half-pints of all 3 lagers which were crispy and tasty, and 2 of the Foggy (hazy) IPAs which were smooth, fresh, and flavorful. The staff is super nice and I loved the chill coastal vibe. It’s a short (few blocks) stroll from the ocean, and Cat & Cloud cafe is right across the street for tasty coffee. Will definitely be back soon.

Beer. Community. Design. Those are Humble Sea's brewery vision. Beer: to make the best possible beer. Community: to collaborate with local businesses and events. Design: this is their approach to everything. One side of the brewery is full of clean, juicy, hop forward beers. The other side of the brewery is wild and sour beers. Everything is in oak barrels, using seasonal and local ingredients. Humble Sea Brewing is known for their unique beers and quirky sea-themed names. They have some of the most progressive types of beers in the area. The taproom is full of light with a nautrical theme with crisp Aegean blue and white color scheme. The Santa Cruz area is perfect to enjoy the outdoor beer garden. Creating a cruzy feel with picnic tables and the scent of ocean waves. This is a great date spot with an upscale center a short walk. Or grab a cold 4-pack and head to the beach. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

Very good food and dog friendly. We got there right when it opened on a Saturday morning so there was plenty of parking and tables available. By the time we left, parking lot was full and restaurant was busy. Food was very good and fish was very fresh and good. Our waiter was great and did a good job! Overall positive experience.

This brewery is total local gem. I had the Willy Wonka and apparently it was one of the top selling beers and actually sold out at one point of the day. Taco from the food truck in the yard has amazing taco super fresh, totally worth the drive and I’ll be back next week for more yum!!
