This place really surprised me. It has a connected bowling alley and the food is good. If you like singing this establishment offers karaoke as well. The atmosphere is fun and people are just there to have fun. Super nice! And its right next to the boardwalk! So so convenient. A family friendly bar and grill.
Let's be clear: this is a karaoke bar in a bowling alley. This is not an independent "bar and grill" and the only food here is from the food counter in the bowling alley. However, it is still a good karaoke bar option for the downtown Santa Cruz area. Many of the song versions are old and weird, but that's par for the course at a bowling alley karaoke bar. As long as your expectations are in the fight place, it's a fine place
Great karaoke night there.
Awesome bar. The beer on tap was a small, but decent, selection. Bottled beers appeared to be all domestic, ie, Bud and such. The cocktails were fairly unique and very well mixed. The bartenders tonight were pretty awesome and hosted a talented karaoke list. I mean, they obviously don't control the quality of the singers, but the bartender who did sing was awesome. All around a good time hosted by some cool, friendly, bartenders.
Fun bar, decent prices for the area. Food is mediocre at best. Karaoke is fun but the content is cheap, lyrics not synced well to the music.
Fun place attached to one of the oldest bowling alleys in California, next to Santa Cruz pier and amusement park. Decent live music on weekends, affordable prices, especially for the area, and friendly staff.
Kareoke Is the best! Huge shout-out to him for being the best. Great place. Great food. Excellent service!
