This place is delicious, as is evidenced by the long line yesterday when we visited. BUT, the line goes fast, is way worth it, and the service is GREAT! We will definitely come back.
Their was a chain restaurant just down the pier and we almost went there. Glad we didn’t because the food was delicious and the service was top notch.
We had such a great lunch here yesterday! The red sangria was delicious and not overly sweet. I had the crab roll and clam chowder that were both fantastic. My husband had the seared salmon which had a light pesto sauce on top that was really nice. Very cool, relaxed atmosphere and friendly service 🤗
I had the fish and chips. Food was a little pricey but it was good. You order at the front desk and are given a buzzer. You self seat anywhere you want to and go retrieve your food at the front desk when called. There is plenty of outdoor seating with great views of the ocean and the pier.
First meal in LA and we were hooked! The place is on the pier with plenty of seating outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. The food came out super fast and my goodness the taste was exquisite, the fresh delicious food was amazing full of flavor and perfectly fried. We really enjoyed this meal and we will definitely be back when we come back to LA.
We stopped to eat and I'm so glad we came here! Fresh fish and chips, fresh seafood, enormous salad and great atmosphere.
I ordered fish and chips. My mom ordered a Cobb salad with shrimp and qe got a clam chowder with crab to share. It was so much food, but all delicious and worth every penny. The fish for the fish and chips was delicious!!! The shrimp was done just right. I totally recommend eating here.
This is our favorite fast food seafood place. Not only is it quick, but they are always friendly upon each visit and serve delicious food. I had the staple fish and chips and was very pleased. Overall, each member of thr party was very happy with the food. We will definitely return again.
Situated right on the pier, there’s seating inside and outside. Don’t worry about it being too cold on the pier, they have heaters which keep you all warm and toasty.
The food is great. You check out the menu at the entrance and then place your order at the counter. Take your drinks and then take your counter and go to your table. The counter vibrates when your order is ready.
It’s a great dining experience overall
Our visit to The Albright at Santa Monica Pier left us with nothing but delightful memories. We sampled a few of their signature dishes, and each one exceeded our expectations.
The lobster roll was an absolute standout, packed generously with succulent lobster meat that had us savoring every bite. Their clam chowder was the perfect blend of flavors and textures, hitting all the right notes. And the oysters? Freshness at its finest.
If you find yourself in the Santa Monica area, we highly recommend paying a visit to The Albright. With dishes like these, it's a seafood lover's dream come true. This place definitely earned its spot on our list of must-visit spots in the area!
Inside and outside seats were both nice. I had a crab boil. It is set by the market price. The server stated two options at $65 or $90. I chose the first crab which was good. I just hoped to have more utensil tools to crack the hard-crab shell.
There were a variety of draft beers too.
Just delish! The portions were wonderful, and the problem I find with restaurants like is that dishes that don't need to be overly greasy are pools of grease (not this one!!!) The chips and calamari were crispy but not overly greasy and the lobster roll was so soft and light. Would highly recommend the outdoor sitting :)
Oysters are fresh and delicious! Clam chowder is ok. Unfortunately to say but had better. Lobster roll was 🔥 .
