I was looking for a restaurant to get breakfast from and saw this with great reviews. The service was amazing. They were very patient with me as I did not know what I wanted . The food was amazing. Nothing like I’ve ever had before for breakfast and I love the cold brew.

The first time I came here was in 2017 when I was in town from Dallas, and 2023 was the second time at the exact location. I'm glad they are still in business while most places were closed.
I got in line and ordered the Kickin' "Nashville" Hot, aka spicy chicken waffle, for $13, and my friends ordered The Original for the same price and the shareable, Loaded Waffle Fries or Spiced Tots.
Waiting time from order to get the food was around 15 mins.
I did not like my spicy chicken much since the spice mostly controlled it and lost the taste of how it was supposed to be, and the waffle was broken down quickly. I highly recommend you try The Original instead. It's tasty and crispy, and you can taste the sweetness of the honey blended with the chicken.
I found short thick hair while eating my spicy chicken, which ruined the mood. I told them, and they nicely changed to different options. I hope they can improve this.
Service was excellent, and they helped clean up the table after we left, even though we could do it ourselves.
Strawberry and whipped cream waffle was very tasty, perhaps from a sourdough starter? Buttermilk grilled chicken salad was excellent, as were the other chicken sandwiches. “Custom tip” function doesn’t work, which is a bit annoying with counter service. Staff cleaned tables on our behalf. We would definitely return. $97 for 5 people.
I only tried the hot honey chicken sandwich, and it was really delicious. Spicy, salty and sweet, with a nice fresh and crunchy slaw on it. It was so juicy I didn’t need to add any other sauces. $13 we’ll spent, would definitely come back for another…
The food is super good and really fun environment to eat at. The portions are pretty small, the original chicken and waffle along with loaded waffle fries barely filled me up. The sauce and coleslaw on top really makes the sandwich but unfortunately a little pricy for how small the servings are. Pretty dependable place you always know will taste good.
Ended up at Bruxie after wandering around hungry mid shopping. We ordered the waffle chicken sandwich and the original chicken sandwich, and both were super tasty. I thought the fried chicken was quite impressive. Loved the hot honey sauce. Portions were pretty solid, in my opinion.
The original sandwich is delicious! The chicken was crispy and the waffle and the chili honey makes a fantastic combo.
If you're a fan of unique dining experiences, you've got to check out Bruxie! They've got a seriously delicious waffle chicken sandwich that's unlike anything you've ever tasted. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
What a fun find! We were super hungry after walking and riding bikes and happened upon Bruxie! Our first time here. Wow! They sure do know how to make chicken DEElicious!! We each got a salad. One crispy, one fried. Water and orange juice.
The wait for food was a bit long, but when it arrived, it was soooo good! Staff is very friendly, welcoming and happy to see you!
Restaurant was clean and well maintained. Manager kept coming out and cleaning tables just as someone left. Dine inside or out. Open, airy concept.

Loved the food here. Wanted to try this as we loved a similar version of this at the Sleepy Hollow in the Magic Kingdom.
Recommended for all to try out.
